"A beautiful, small four-story hotel, clean and most importantly, excellent location versus the gateway of Mecca Mol, a big supermact, and close to the wonderful Mecca Street means all the services are in your neighborhood, the staff are very confused and very helpful, especially Mr. Hassan, very respected man, and helped us Citra, the hotel is worth it. The light from the hallway came in through the window above the room door, so it was bright at night. It would be better if the light could be blocked."

MMartinelleWhen I arrived, I was not able to enjoy my stay, as there was some sort of issue, so I was sent to a sister hotel called the Arabesque Hotel. I was thankful that the hotel paid for the taxi. The manager at the Arabesque, Jack, was great! He gave my friend and I good tips on where to go. My friend and I also went on a free 2 hour walking tour that was advertised in the elevator at the Arabesque. The guide was super knowledgeable about the city and very nice. So while my stay at Zaman did not turn out the way I expected, I did have an overall positive experience for my first 2 days in Amman.

GGuest UserThis is a great budget hotel suite, fantastic location and a massive room with fridge TV and air conditioning including tea and coffee making facilities.
The staff were friendly and at a very reasonable price.
The hotel suite deserves a 5* rating because of the location which is close to all the amenities however the bathroom room was of poor standard and a lot of insects were flying around especially in the bathroom.
The drains needed sorting out as on one night the smell was very strong at about 1am in the morning.
This hotel claims to be wheelchair friendly but unfortunately it's only wheelchair friendly if you are not travelling alone.
I phoned the hotel on two occasions before arriving to inquire about facilities for wheelchair users and was told I can enter the hotel via a ramp used for luggage but unfortunately the ramp was very steep although they did offer to help me when needed.
I also wasn't informed that the dining room was not accessible although there was a lift to the bedroom.
They were kind enough to bring the breakfast to my room although it was tasteless.
There was a ladies long hair on the bedsheet and the cleaning of the room could be improved.
I do hope the management will take my advice and publish the correct information regarding facilities for wheelchair users especially for those who are traveling on their own like myself.
